During Construction Management, major emphasis is also given to EHS norms (Environment, Health & Safety).

The Construction Management functions include below major activities:

  • Scheduling, Monitoring and Controlling construction and installation activities.
  • Preparation of Time-based activity progress reports, highlighting slippages and suggest ways to expedite work.
  • Controlling of Site Approved drawings.
  • Monitoring variations and re-plan contractors/agencies activities.
  • Ensuring 100% (As-Built Drawings) compliance to Approved drawings.
  • Managing Site logistics.
  • Checking and certification of bills for construction works.
  • Controlling of EHS parameters as site.
  • Monitoring the quality of material arriving at the site for each discipline in relation to specifications.
  • Ensuring availability of all design information and in case of deficiencies providing or obtaining amendments or revisions required to meet field requirements.
  • Carrying out site performance tests for mechanical installations.
  • Recording and updating all test results, reports and certificates and submit to the client.
