Testing & Commissioning (CXA)

Testing and Commissioning is a diligent and systematic process of planning and performing all necessary quality controls that ensures new and renovated building systems and high-tech projects with related multiple and complex interfaces are designed, built, and operated to meet the owner’s and system requirements; and assets are delivered according to the Owner’s Project Requirements (OPR).

We perform Testing and Commissioning as a Commissioning Agent (CxA), usually a Third Party besides tenant, owner or EPC and owner. Our T&C activities cover all project phases from design and continue through construction occupancy, and operations. The process ensures that building systems are designed, installed, and tested to operate as our clients/owner intended and that building staff are prepared to operate and maintain its systems and equipment.

Testing, Adjusting and Balancing (TAB)

We are also Involves measuring and adjusting air , water and Utility flows to meet design requirements.

The TAB process is comprised of using certified test instruments, tools, sensors and monitors to verify appropriate temperatures, air, water and Utility flow and other characteristics within the Plant & HVAC system. Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing is a vital step for complex air and water systems within Plant and buildings and throughout site to ensure Utility & HVAC systems are optimized for occupant comfort, energy efficiency, clean rooms air quality, and manufacturing processes. Therefore, successful TAB completion and documentation is a prerequisite for starting HVAC system functional performance testing.
